@Jiminy You will be able to register the regulators online using the link from the previous post.
They will come with unique serial numbers, we can write them on the invoice for your convenience.
The set comes from a package that was sent to the customer and temporarily lost. The customer got a new set of regulators in the meantime. We cannot sell the returned set as new, so we decided to offer OPEN BOX price for it.

Warranty can not be based upon the registration of a product. The mfg either offers it or not. That is the law. What registration does allows the mfg to contact the owner for recalls but also serves as a marketing tool.
