One week from today!

I'll be trying to sleep at this time next week but probably will be tossing and turning. Knowing I have to get up at 3:45 am to get to the airport by 5:15 or so to catch our 7:15 flight to Bonaire. First trip to the island and hopefully the first of more. Although next year Scapa Flow seems to be calling. Looking forward to warm water, warm air, and no friggin snow!

I hear ya, and I'm jealous. I got to wait three weeks myself. Just got back from Curacao three weeks ago. I'll tell ya, two months between trips is not easy. Enjoy.

Check his profile data. Netherlands Antilles; Curacao or Bonaire doesn't really matter. Year round good diving. I moved 14 years ago from The Netherlands to Curacao and never regretted it.

I'm not down to a week left yet (unless it's August already and I'm just suffering temporary amnesia regarding the last several months... and posting to an old thread, to boot), but J. and I have our reservations and plane tickets (Continental red-eye from Houston)...

I'm gettin anxious, too. Just met with the group at my LDS tonight. Picked up plane tickets and all the other goodies. Met some new people going on the trip. Lots of new divers. Out of 21 divers there are only about 7 of us that have much experience. I do know we're all going to have fun.

Mar 8-15, Buddy Dive. Maybe I'll stay anothger week. I could probably even get my wife to pay for it.
