Still using my N-V, with my wonderful 15mm lens, and the usual photo shop I've used in Coz [in La Cieba Hotel] has been closed all week. is there other 1 hour processing available?

I have not used a photo service on Coz since I got my digital camera, but there was a good outfit right on Avenida Melgar--the main ocean front street. You cannot miss it: it has a big Kodak sign right out front and is next to the Calling Station.
Their "one hour service" used to take 2-3 hours...asi es la vida en la plaza...

Is there a phone number on the door? Armando usually leaves his cell number on the door if he had to make deliveries. what time are you stopping by, they close in the afternoon and re-open in the evening.
Who you diving with? they should know if they are in town or not and probably have is number.
I'd try the Calling Station, if you can't get Armando, like Joewr said..."island time" rules, so 1 hr is like manana, it doesn't necessarily mean "tomorrow"
