one day in cozumel, roatan,and cayman. Which do I choose?

Hello All, I hope you all are well and planning your next dive. I am new to diving and will be going on a cruise with my family in two weeks on Celebrity Cruises. We will stop for the day in Cozumel, Roatan, and George town, Grand Cayman. My problem? I can only choose two of the locations to dive. Having only experienced diving when I got certified two years ago I am looking for an easy dive (nothing too deep). Suggestions??

cozumel has some great easy dives. we dove there last summer with carribean diver shop in cozumel.
