No issue whatever. Gotta be something bigger than this to keep me out of the water. Oh, I even did a shark dive, 10 Caribbean Reef sharks swimming around, no problem. Enjoy your vacation. :)

Back when I was on the swim team for High School, tampons worked mildly well for me. However, I have an exceptional flow, and this was always more of a problem for me than for any of my classmates. Diving increases pressure on our bodies, including our bowels (don't dive when you have gas or need to poo), and uterus. The added pressure, and the saturated tampon (because it's already in the water) overload the thing, and I cannot avoid a mess. Also, in many dive areas I have access to, changing is not an option.

I had a hysterectomy and no longer have this problem. I advise to make a few test-dives to see what works well for you.
