Anyone know the regs, competition, etc. are like for hull cleaning in the USVI?
The little bit of googling I did has given me nothing.
But I saw an old post on here quoting ridiculous prices! As in just move down there, and never come back to the NE again, other than short visits.
It was an old post, though, so not sure if that person was living in/referring to the USVI at the time. Kind of an inactive user, so not getting a response.
