I would select the 45 or 60. The 45 is likely enough, but if you are in particularly cold waters and will be using thick drysuit underwear a 60 may be needed. Many would agree that the 94lb wing from OMS is overkill for almost any recreational or technical dive. Generally, a single bladder wing is preferred to a double bladder. Some who never use drysuits will opt for a double bladder so that one is a backup, but a drysuit is preferred as your backup buoyancy. Also many do not like the retraction bands, or 'bungies', for several reasons.
It would be good to know what you plan on doing with the wings/doubles. If you are planning on a class, it would be best to ask your instructor what to get.
I suggest you either discuss your needs with an instructor or do a fair amount of searches and reading on the topic. The issue of size and features of wings are debated frequently on this site. You should be able to find a lot of information on this.
