OMS manifold and sherwood knobs

I want to get the sherwood knobs for my manifold, i ordered them but now there telling me they wont fit my OMS manifold. Does anyone know if the Sherwood knobs fit an OMS manifold ?

I didn't have a problem with mine when I had an OMS manifold. They worked very well.

heres my problem, i ordered them for my OMS manifold and now the dive shop says they wouldnt fit and ordered the OMS ones again, which i dont need. They said the knows will will work but the size of the OMS threaded stem is different than the OMS ones and thats why they wont fit.

Can i replace the stems with sherwood ones to be able to use the sherwood knobs?

I would tell your shop to order you the knobs anyway (if they can really get them).

If they have some in the shop ask them to show you that they won't fit. If for some freak reason they don't fit you can always ebay them, but my money is on them fitting.

Another option to look at is to contact Halcyon and see if you can buy the knobs they use on their manifolds. I got rid of my OMS tanks and manifold and purchased PST 104's and a Halcyon manifold. The knobs are the same as Sherwood and probably made by the same manufacturer.

Dude,

I just tonight replaced the knobs on my OMS 200 bar Isolation Manifold with Sherwood/Genesis Rubber Knobs...

No Problems here man.

If your local shop can't replace these knobs.....maybe you can check/find a different LDS.

He told me today they wouldnt fit so he never ordered them. He is the service tech at the shop too.

etc.
