Where were ya and your buddy?
Down here from the color I'd say it was flipper but dont see the fin and more likely seal but definitely neat.
Take away seal, no nostrils but blow hole

Ummm... Don't know much about Sea Cows but seriously doubt they like 39° water She (?) was about 10 feet long, whitish with no dorsal fin (big hint) and very curious. Anyone guess yet?
