That's an Oceanic Balanced Piston first stage. It's a clone of a Scubapro Mk5. I just sold one of those to Luis H here on the board, and he is going to be comparing it to the Mk5 to see if it is full compatible with Mk5 service parts.

It it is very creatively known as the "Pre-95 Balanced Piston".
