I have an Olympus SP-350 camara with PT-030 underwater housing. It comes with Olympus flash, flash housing and hot synch cable as well as strobe bracket and arm. Everything you see in the picture for $200. I used this setup on about 20 or 25 dives. It's all in good shape.

I have one of these. This is a great deal. The SP350 is one of the few point and shoot cameras that has full manual controls and will shoot raw.
