Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is a new release of the Olympus RAW plugin for Photoshop. It has much better control than the previous version but if you have Photoshop CS or Elements 3 then you're probably better off using Adobe's native RAW developer.
To install the Olympus plugin you need to extract the file (ORF Import.8ba) and copy it into your Photoshop >> Plugins >> Import/Export folder. Then start Photoshop and you should see the plugin under File >> Import >> OLYMPUS RAW File

Thanks for the link - just downloaded and gave it a try. Nothing fancy but it is much better than the other RAW plugin I have. It will help speed up the workflow a bit. I was considering going back to SHQ for most shots and using RAW for great subjects. I'll try using this and see how the flow goes before I decide.
