I am thinking to get this camera to upgrade my Olympus EPL 5. I wonder if Olympus plans to make its underwater casing in the future. Have you heard any news about its underwater casing?

I agree with mattia_v, but you could also look at the EM5ii unless you want the newest sensor, and if so you could also look at the or GX8. I would be inclined to skip the pen f, even if there were a housing and I sort of doubt there will be one.

Thank you for the suggestion and recommendation! I will reconsider PEN-F, it's not worth to buy if Olympus won't make its underwater casing.
I am not too familiar with OMD series, I should explore it first :)

To my knowledge Olympus is not going to do a PEN-F housing. It is also my understanding that nobody else is going to do one either. The OM-D series is the higher end series of their micro four-thirds cameras. The OM-D E-M5 Mk II is the current camera model, the E-M1 is a bit older but either of them are fantastic camera choices. The biggest physical difference with the O-MD cameras over the PEN series is the controls. With the OM-Ds you get dedicated dials for shutter speed and aperture were the PEN you have to shuffle through the buttons on the back of the camera. The Olympus OM-D housings are much better with a very easily removed front port so that accessories ports can be added.

Not quite that black and white - the E-Px series has dedicated dials (more or less identical layout to the current O-MD series), and the Pen-F also has plenty of dedicated dials. But it (the Pen-F) isn't really their high performance model.

Indiedive, if I were you I would look into the OM-D E-M1 or the Panasonic GH4 for numerous reasons, including superior auto-focus and housing models compared to the other camera models. All of your existing lenses will work with either of those cameras. If you scroll down this facebook page, you'll see an album from Raja Ampat with 43 photos taken last week with the GH4.
