Oly housings and Ikelite DS125 with TTL cable ?

The question is whether the Oly housings are comaptible with the Ikelite TTL cables or whether one can only use the TTL Slave sensor combined with the Oly internal flash to trigger them ?

Nick,

I am pretty sure that the only way to get TTL out of an Olympus housing is to use one of Mathias's adaptors. I have not heard of anyone being happy with an Ikelite TTL slave sensor. Everyone I know used the manual sensor with their Ike strobes.

I believe Dave is correct on this. The Oly housings do not accomodate the connector for the TTL cable for the DS-125s.

Taking Dave's advice I contacted Matthias and here is his response:

"The 8080 will be connected using one of our bulkheads, see
http://www.heinrichsweikamp.net/blitz/oly-pt_e.htm If you want to use
both strobes you need the dual sync cord from Ikelite (type 4104.62). So
you only need one bulkhead."

Looks like I'm in business!!
