Oly 5060 and YS-90Auto

I know I have seen information on this board in the past, but I am unable to locate it. I have a c-5060 with PT-020. I just purchased the Sea and Sea YS-90 Auto (along with accessories). What are the reccomended settings people have found using the camera?

Once again I know there have been several posts on this topic, but I am unable to locate anything.

Hi and welcome to the board

If you are shooting manual and are firing the strobe via fibre optic cable I usually set the strobe to 1 stop ( lower number ) than the aperture I have chosen , as a starting point .
