My family just got a Olympus C5050 and I was wondering.. can the shoulder strap fit into thePT-015 housing?

It cannot fit in the PT 015 housing. But you don't need it underwater, anyway

Do you keeep it attatched to the camera when not underwater?

How and where you are going to use it? I bought a small case for it that has a shoulder strap. So when I am using it above water, it goes in there. I have not put the strap back on the camera since the day I got it!
