I have a pt15 with no strobes yet. If I were to buy a wal or a macro lense for the housing would I need an external strobe or would the internal be OK? I have heard that the lenses get in the way of the internal flash. Is this true? Any help would be great. Thank you,
Gianni

I can speak for the WAL...it is in the way.

The macro, depending if you use one or two..... with two it might night be enough light from the internal

Yes, that's true. The size/diameter of the WA lens will block most of the internal flash. If you are using ambiet and/or manual white balance (no strobe) it's no problem. The internal flash works just fine with the macro lens.
