I currently(through a wild ebay adventure) have an xl ranger and a L ranger, the L fits and the xl doesn't, and i was wondering if there was anyway to mount the xl bladder on the L harness. The reason is that the xl bladder has dual bottom dumps and mast importantly a better power inflator with a dump.

Thanks in advance,
David

The bladders should be interchangeable.

Just undo the two retaining straps that hold the bladder to the harness.

Piece of cake. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

If you have to rethread the webbing through the jacket part PM me I found a few tricks.

ok got it undone on both no problemo but the older harness does not have the clips needed for the new bladder to be reatached?

Or, correct me if I am wrong. Take the piece out of the jacket and rethread it through the other. All mine was is a piece of webbing with a triglide sewn on each end. Pain in the butt to get back in but it works. Plus you still have the quick disconnect idea instead of rethreading your bands if you need to take the bladder off.

ok got em back together and they look great. I just had to take the strap out of the xl that had the hardware on it, thank you very much for your help.
