older dive light - what is it???

I have this old dive light that I have had for a while. Only used it once on a deep dive, working FLAWLESSLY, SUPER BRIGHT.

But, what is it??? who made it, how old is it??

I also have a charger, it says "Sea & Sea" Model CL-250 Charger.

Is it worth anything?
anybody interested in it, let me know.
