I have been open water 1 certified since 1994 and have been active ever since. I recently read "Diver Down" and it scared into taking an advanced diving class. I realize how lucky I have been and do not intend to rely on luck anymore. I live on Lake Lanier and yet have never made a dive in it. Hopefully when my advanced class is complete I can do some low visability dives out of my back door.
