Old PADI dive master exam

Hello all,

My partner and I are going for our instructor course and staff instructor course is February and we are looking for the old PADI dive master exam so we can do a little bit of revision.

I have trawled google and friend's hard drives but cannot find one to save my life! Does anyone have a download of the old one with 5 parts? The answer key would also be useful!

I've never seen electronic copies of the old ones....only hard copy.
