Looks like a Redmouth grouper. We saw a few of these when diving in Red Sea in May this year.

Looks like Aethaloperca rogaa - the red-mouthed grouper (sometimes called the redflush grouper). The lining of its mouth is red coloured. Quite common in the Red Sea.
