Ok Folks Time For Conch Input. Grand Cayman In 7 Days

Ok heres the deal I'll be in Grand Cayman 7/22-7/29 and have posted in the Carribean section but wanted to get input from the home state folks. I'll be staying on the 7 mile beach and have a dive Op already. Any input such as divesite, restruants, things to see and do would be apperciated. This is gonna be a long week.

have to put in a vote for the stingray dive- might sound kinda cheesy, but it was a fun dive. Also check out the shore dive over by the turtle farm-I'm sure someone will post the name, nice dive and adds a cheap dive on. 7-mile beach can be nice in parts, take a bottle of champagne to the beach and watch the sunset (they don;t have any of those funny beach drinking laws there)
Personally I didn't particularly enjoy the town or any of the topside activities (apart formt he champagne) but they are OK. BTW, when we were there I was surprise dot find most things closed on Sunday's- I guess I am too used to the US.
