My sister broke her leg in a car accident today. She is one of the 5 going on our trip to Bonaire on March 25th. Or I should now say, she WAS one of 5 going on our trip. Turns out she and her hubby won't be able to make it, so we're doing some serious scrambleing to try to change our reservations/plans. Hopefully Buddy Dive will be able to move us to a 2 bedroom or two one bedroom units with out us loosing our butts in the process.

Are there any other Divers that might like to fill in (1-3 people) if we are unable to change our reservations?

Me and Husband - 30 somethings, Padi OW, 20 ish dives logged.
Jake- 21, Padi OW, 10ish dives logged. His first dive trip. Just cert in Sept/Oct. (hasn't gotten to dive in water above 62 degrees yet)
We're all Nitrox cert too.

Good luck with that. Is it possible she had trip insurance, which should at least partially compensate the difference in the room rates if Buddy won't budge?

Unfortunately, she did not. Unfortunately, the entire resort is booked. They only have 3 bedrooms available. So they are unable to move us to a two bedroom.

We paid $827.00 per person. I would even be willing to discount that to try to re-coop some of the money.

If we can find a couple AND one person then it would even be a little less.

Anyone interested in Buddy dive the week of 03/26 - 04/02 ? We have an extra bedroom in addition to an extra bed. We have a 3 bedroom apartment and there will only be three of us going. Let us know asap! From what they have told us, the entire resort is booked this week...
