I just got a call from a colleague who told me that "his" project was being re-assigned to me.... (I'm not supposed to know this until Tuesday next week).

I was busy with another -- smaller -- project (about 4mio Euros) that had a lot of over-lap with his project.

But his project was the bigger chunk, about 15mio Euros.

I feel like I was rowing along in my little row-boat and someone just dropped the Titanic's anchor in my lap....

Good thing it's weekend.
