The hose port to yoke location looks different or is that me?
The description claims 3 LP ports on the end cap.

I agree, but the catalog only shows the other side... so it could be an HP port. The other question is if the OP's reg has LP ports on the left end (as viewed in his posted picture). But the W-200 is closest I could find in the old catalogs and the repair manual on VDH.
