Well, that's a detailed "want list" :D . Anything more specific you're looking for? New? Used? Features? Price range?
 
Aaron hit that one on the head. I could sell you a cheap Poseidon Cyklon right now but you couldn't use it, could do the same with a bunch of other second stages. I would highly recommend getting a matching second stage to the one you have now, especially if you are going the bp/w route.
I seem to recall you mentioning GUE training which generally recommends a nonadjustable second stage for the octo, but I prefer to have matching ones, breathes a bit better, looks a bit better, not much more expensive
