For $729 it includes a transmitter, does this guy come with a transmitter?

The free transmitter promotion Oceanic is running right now does make this one seem slightly less attractive, I admit, so for anyone who wants the free transmitter should go buy one from their local dive shop before 7/31 for $729, that's when the deal expires. After that it'll still be priced at $729, but no transmitter, just like the one I have for sale.
