Has anyone used the download cables and programs for the Oceanic veo 250 or other similar PCD's I have been wanting/thinking of buying one, and wanted to get some info from someone that has used one.

I hope this is the correct forum to ask this question in.
 
I have the Oceanlog SW and the Oceanic cable for the Veo 250. Its a bit tricky to get it to work (it is Windows after all) but it does work. My son uses the same cable but different SW for his Sherwood. It seems that all the Pelagic computers (Oceanic, Aeris, Sherwood) can use the same cable. Its pretty nice to see the dive profiles.
