Hello all,
My name is Daniel, and I have been certified for about six months now. I finally made up my mind to buy my own equipment. Having already owned a computer, I saw a very attractive package deal at my LDS. To put a long story short, I ended up with a second computer that I don't need. It is the Oceanic Veo 1.0 (yes, it does exist) and you can find out about the background specs here: Personal Dive Computers - Oceanic Veo 1.0 with Dual Algorithm
It's a very nice computer. I barely looked over the manual and I understood it for the most part. That said, I have never used it. It is totally new, both this model and the computer itself. It comes in a console that includes a pressure gauge and full manuals (CD instruction included). You can find pictures here: Picasa Web Albums - Daniel J - Oceanic Veo 1...

Recap:
  • Oceanic Veo 1.0 console
  • Brand New
  • Entry Level computer
  • Ready to use
  • Unused
  • Yellow (in color)
  • User-replaceable battery
  • Easy to Use
  • Full manual (including CD instruction) included with quick start guide in flowchart form
  • Glow in the Dark SPG

Some things you also need to know. (Because honesty and full disclosure is the best policy)
  • It does not have audible alarms
  • Shipping will be discussed as soon as I get an address from you
  • It does not synch with your PC
  • No warranty
  • No Compass

My asking price is $300. Oceanic's MSRP is $419 and LP has it for $399.95. If you have any further questions or want more photos, PM me or just post here; whatever floats your boat.

So this is just an update: the price has been dropped down to $275

The asking price is now $209. I am open to a small degree of negotiation, but it's unlikely I'll drop the price much lower than this.

O.k. I lied. We all do sometimes. It's now down to $199.

Hello Daniel. I know what it is like trying to sell things on these sites. Very frustrating. So I will not waste your time. I am looking for a good, easy to read and very BASIC computer for my wife's regulator setup. Your console looks very good to me. I am offering you $160 US for it, and I pay IMMEDIATELY via PayPal. If this is acceptable to you, consider it SOLD ! Will you ship to Alberta, Canada using US Postal Service ? I, of course, will pay for the shipping. Do we have a deal ?
