Oceanic Geo 2

I have the Oceanic Geo 2 and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the temperature from F to C. Anyone have a clue?

Change the units from IMP to MET. Under the Set U function.

Yeah I have the PDF manual but I can't seem to change from set t to set u.
