I just purchased a couple of regs, apeks atx50 with Dst first and a AL Legend, my wife has an older oceanic delta 2 that still works, my question is can I pair it with either of these to be used as the octo?

On most of my reg sets I have different manufacurers for each of second stages. On some neither second is the same brand as the first. It is important to tune, or have a tech tune, the second to the IP of the first stage, or the second may free flow or breathe like crap.
