Is there a conversion kit for "Oceanic Balanced Piston first stage, or the pre 95 balanced pistion" to convert them to DIN ??

For some reason I had it in my mind that the SP5 used a different DIN and Yoke fitting than the rest of the regs. So am I correct in my understanding that they are in fact all the same?

Right you are Jimmer... SP-5 DIN fitting is 40.4032.
