Depends who makes them. OS is buying their valves from Si Tech or Apeks but may have them relabeled as OS. Also both manufacturers make both high and low profiles dumps which are not the same inside. So you have to identify your valve first. Once you do there are plenty of threads here and elsewhere on how to service.
Be aware though that the valves are increasingly being considered as throw-away items, and parts are impossible to find. Before attempting to dismantle a valve you should always give it a warm water soak and flush and see if that does the trick.
