ok... i am going nuts... i have checked every e-shop i
know of, Canon's website, and a ton of other sites and
can not find how to get my hands on spare O-rings
for the WD-10 case.

help?

What about the place you bought it? eBay?

i bought it at B&H camera, try that too. they told me they don't sell the
individual orings. told me to talk to Canon. Can't get anyone at Canon who knows
anything about this or what an oring is.

Figures! I'll keep an eye out but hopefully someone will come along who knows.

nope, but i just did...

thanks!

Call the Canon Parts Order Desk at (732) 521-7230. It's open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST. I called them found out a replacement o-ring for my WP DC-700 case is $13 plus shipping.

excellent!! i think that Parts Desk will do it!

and i had seen the mcmaster.com site, but wanted to make sure i tried getting
a Canon part, not to void the warranty and stuff.

thanks all!!

Its sad. The exact same o-ring has a differnet price depending on where you get it. I don't blame you one bit though. Given the same choice, I spent 5x as much to get the exact o-ring from ikelite for my video housing. Its nice to know where to get any o-ring though.
