I have a Din System on my XTX 200, 2-3 dives ago I started to have a problem with my o Ring on my Din Regulator. After each dives when I disconect my Reg, I have my O ring falling off. It never happenend before and wonder if it can be a problem eventually under water and what I can do to put it back on it so it's stay's on..

Thanx

PS: The O ring is in perfect condition, I inspected it and nothing is wrong with it.

I believe there are a number of different sized o-rings used by the various manufacturers in that application. 2-111 and 2-112 are fairly common in the US plus there are metric sizes. The symptom you have suggests there is a size problem. A number of o-rings will make the seal OK but the correct size o-ring should not fall out after use.

If you can't see anything wrong with it, it's probably stretched or deformed. Either that or you've scrunched the seat in the connector. In any case, replace the o-ring. It's standard in the annual service kit but you can substitute a -111 in the interim.

The problem can be that you are in a hurrry. And you are not letting the reg. to depressurized. That could mbe the problem. Make sure it is all the way down. If you are truning the din and air is coming out it will let the o-ring come out with it. If you need o-rings let me know what size you need.:D
