Lots of words have been said :blah: on headaches. I like to ask another question though.
I usually dive in the evening. Next day it often occurs I wake up with a headache :bonk:. I am used to have a (=one) beer after the dive. So my theory was due to dehydration during the dive this beer is a factor. Together with the fact that if I dive I do not drink the coffee I am used to, this result in a headache.
However, headaches occur even without beer and when I am drinking lots of water. Now I suspect a cold to be the cause. I caught a cold recently (usually one of my daughter returns home with a cold. A few days later it is me who is sniffing). Headaches were more severe than usual. I could clear my ears very well (otherwise I do not dive).
Can sinus problems during the dive have a postponed effect on the occurance of pain (headache)?
