I'm a Fish!
Hello all,

I would like to share another short film I made from my Anilao trip. This time focusing just on the beautiful and colorful nudibranchs.

Let me know what you think. Please feel free to share any critiques or other comments as well. I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks,
Dustin

Great fun. Will share with my grandson tomorrow. He will like the video as opposed to the stills I show him.

Thanks steve! Kids seem to be my biggest fans!

Some accuse me of being a 68 year old kid. I figure once you grow up you cannot go back so in no hurry. :-)

My 3 year old grandson had his dad tell him a story about Grand Dad, scuba, and nudibranches last night. He can recognize Groupers and several other kinds of fish. I am helping bring him up right. A favorite game of his is to go into my closet, get out my green and red tank marker lights, and look for jellyfish on the ceiling.

Thats great!

wow, beautiful work! thanks for sharing. I'm planning to make a trip there later this year.

I have grown jaded and was expecting yet another badly lighted jerky unedited gopro vid. But, this caught me completely by surprise -- i really liked the presentation!!

What was your lighting system?

This morning grandson sat on my lap and we watched several of your videos on my large HD monitor. He liked the nudibranch but like lots of young boys he really liked the weird: frogfish, cuttlefish, and octopi. Was cool watching the cuttlefish start flashing as it goes into attack mode.

Wow! I have to admit, my first thought was that this was going to be one of those slideshows somebody calls a "video", because after all, nudibranchs are not the most active film stars . . . but you found enough movement to make the animals very interesting, and the lighting and focus is absolutely superb. And although I cordially loathe copyright-free music, this wasn't overly obnoxious. Very nice video, and a great teaser for my Philippines trip next month!
