I was told there are signs at the park parking.. Maximum time 2 hours. Is this enforced? I wanted to do 2 dives with a minimum of packing and unpacking...

Also, visibility there can vary quite a bit...a rising tide and lack of storms creating better conditions.

Has anyone been there since the storm last week?
