Novice diver going to singapore

hi im a novice diver and am visiting singapore in january and i am staying with family.

I passed my OPEN WATER in november07 and have not dived since
so i understand i will have to do a refresher course is there any center that you all would sergest in the area and also some nice novice places to dive in the close area to singapore as i am only over there for a week
