Not having AOW

Can anyone give me a example of a Dive Shop not selling air to someone with
OW Cert. that is Diving within the 60fsw limit?
If you have a OW Cert, you can get air?........Correct!!!

If your a LDS and someone comes in with a OW Cert. There planning a dive
within there training. Why then would you not sell them air....
If your a PADI shop....The manual for OW says....You can buy air!!!!!

You don't have to tell that shop or any shop what type of dive your doing. Simply drop the tanks off tell them to fill it with air. If they ask for your cert card then show it. No reason for them not to fill the tanks. If they refuse ask them why if they dont have a reason report them to PADI or whoever they are and maybe contact the BBB if in US or if you feel the need to and feel as if your rights of something have been violated by them not filling your tanks (Race etc..) File a lawsuit and take them to court.

But short anwer if you have a valid PADI or equal card there should be no reason not to get an air fill (As long as the tanks are Inspected properlly and are within Hydro and are safe.)

If you want Encriched air anything greater than 21% you would need to show appropriate card (Eanx card or better)

They can make whatever (bad or educated) business decision they want regarding anything in their shop. But, if you have a card, you, IMHO, should be able to get air.....and I am unaware of places that are different from that.
