Does anyone know anything about diving in Northern Peru (Trujillo north to the border with Ecuador)?

I know there is a small dive shop in Punta Sal. I didn't get to dive but I did talk to the DM and he seemed competent and very friendly. The main shop is based in Lima but I can't remember the name. The shop in Punta Sal has hammocks divers can stay in. I also know of a small family run place to stay and eat a short ways from there. Very nice people and good food.
