Well today we are getting our annual snow shower. Its in the mid 40's outside so its just melting as soon as it hits the ground.

Its still pretty.

This is of course about two weeks after a tornado missed my house by less than a 1/4 mile on each side.

Just wanted to share this bit of Texas normalcy with yall.

Have a great day.

This is of course about two weeks after a tornado missed my house by less than a 1/4 mile on each side.

I was wondering about that, when I heard that it had hit around where you live. I'm glad it missed you and I hope it didn't cause too much damage.

Ya'll get the floaty stuff (notice I didn't say fluffy!) and all we get is the drizzly rain...and the COLD! It never got to 40 today.

Ya'll get this stuff cleared up before next weekend, huh?

No damage at my place.

Plenty of roofs missing shingles though.

There were a number of street signs that were flattened near the house. It also sheered the top of a tree off thats about 200yds from my house.

at least you get something different once in a while .up here near amarillo it is just always blowing . we think a 15-20 mph wind is a calm day .I dont know how long its been since I have seen rain or snow coming straight down.
