NO PARKING POSTED AT ALHAMBRA

Came up from my dive this morning to find that no parking signs have been put up on Alhambra and Castile.
This effectively has shut down the area to diving.

Diver's have been able to park on that street for 25+ years.
Do you think it's temporary for the holidays? Usually shutting down street parking takes a vote from all the members of the city counsel.

No, I would say it's the property owner building on the corner.
He also owns the access at the end of the street.
