HI ALL,

Since one month i am completly of the medication seroxat (paroxetine) and i feel better than ever. I did with the help of acupuncture and a lot of fitness and eating healthy food.

Now i have one question left, is it okay now for me to dive? Or should i wait longer to start diving again?

Thanks,

=-)

That is most excellent news.

By a month, the medication has completely disappeared from the body.

As for return to diving, it would in part depend upon current mental status as assessed by a professional. As was stated in prior replies, your decision is a personal one to be arrived at after consultation with your doctor.

This is educational only and does not constitute or imply a doctor-patient relationship. It is not medical advice to you or any other individual, and should not be construed as such.

Best regards.

Thank you very much DocVikingo,

The specialist say's nothing stands in my way to dive, the thing is he also said this while i was taking the medicine.

Gladly you and other diving medicine experts made me aware me of certain risks.

Currently i have no depressed feelings and feel better than ever. Still i think i wait a couple of months for "just in case"

Sports and healthy food realy can make a difference i found out.

Cheers!!:mean:
