...to make nitrox that will go straight to the compressor. does anyone know how to use it or have an instruction manual?

Depends on who built yours. There are many different designs. The Nitrox technologies version controls the percentage of nitrox by regulating the nitrogen flow. The coltri system by regulating the nitrox flow (I think). What type do you have?
