nitrox compatability with SP MK25/600s

Any info about the use of nitrox with scubapro mk25 /600s reg, I have been told that once used for nitrox the reg should be dedicated for nitrox only use, I know I have to change the o-rings to viton to make it nitrox compatable, once changed can I switch off to air and back to nitrox again without any special cleansing?I do not plan to dive above EAN 40.
