I have a Hudson RCI (medical) that I got for next to nothing at a surplus auction. The sensor itself has lasted 7 years with gentle use and calibrates perfectly (which it shouldn't based off age), but I doubt I will be able to find another sensor head for it when it does go out. I run it through a 1 lpm set flowmeter that connects to my drysuit inflation hose to analyze.
When I replace it I will most likely go with the Analox. Also, unless you are diving frequently and/or own your own nitrox tanks I wouldn't buy one.

Thanks everybody for your suggestions I just got Analox O2-EII Analyzer
And I got Analox EII Co Carbon Monoxide Analyzer one less thing to worry about
