Kristin,

Nice pics. How did you entice that little shrimp to stand on top of the rock? :)

How are you liking that Sigma 17-70? I'm thinking of getting one for my Nikon D80.

wow that eel is just awesome. aperture?

is the shrimp cropped at all or are you just super close?

Trying to work out how to use that 60mm as well as you.

Thanks :)

I've had a bit of a hard drive glitch and can't find that original image to get the EXIF but I'd guess I was at f18-f22 as I know I was setting up to shoot a nudi when I caught this eel out of the corner of my eye. Pretty sure I didn't bother to change settings

The shrimp isn't cropped. I was pretty much as close as you can get and still get light from the strobes on him...he was extremely cooperative and I shot quite a few frames. I also had Woody on.

The 60mm is just such fun! It's so hard to convince myself to put anything else on coz I always have a blast with the 60mm :D And I'm slack - too easy to keep the same rig set up all the time LOL Mrs Gudge has been rockin' her new 60 in the SeaTool housing too - last Sunday...
