Hi all. I'm new to UW photography. I recently bought a used Sunpak Marine 32 strobe for my Nikonos III that I got from my dad who can no longer dive. The plug on the sync cord is DOA though the flash works fine. Can anyone give me an idea on where I might be able to buy another plug or plug/cord?
Thanks.

Your dad may have told you this, but never ever open the camera without
taking the lens off first. The vacuum will break the top part of the camera
when you use those cute levers, and then you have a nice mantlepiece.

That said, the key question is: what's on the strobe end of the cord? A
picture with a ruler in it would be really cool. Those strobes have been
out of production for a VERY long time. If it's a plug that's unique to the
strobe, then you may be SOL.

The good news is that the later Nikonos cords are compatible, so if you
pick up any old strobe with a Nikonos cord, it will work.
